THE PRICE IS ONLY PART OF THE STORY

See the difference.
Before you decide.

A renewal can change more than the premium. Put the old and new terms beside each other, with dollar changes, percentages and the details that deserve a closer look.

Illustrative figures show how a comparison works. Your results come from your documents. Numeric changes require compatible, source-checked values; missing or conflicting terms stay unresolved.

A CLEARER VIEW OF YOUR BUSINESS COVERAGE

Your business.
Every moving part.
One clear comparison.

Review the package premium alongside general liability, property, business income and deductibles. Keep a separate cyber policy distinct, so a limit from one policy is never mistaken for another.

BUSINESS OWNERS / PACKAGE

A business policy, side by side.

Illustrative example figures in USD. General liability and property limits have different purposes and are not added together.

SEPARATE CYBER POLICY

Cyber needs its own line of sight.

This companion example is a separate policy. Cyber coverage is not assumed to be included in the package above.

Annual cyber premium$1,200$1,500+$300 · +25%
Cyber liability · per claim$1,000,000$1,000,000No change
Cyber retention · per claim$2,500$5,000+$2,500 · +100%

Example terms are hypothetical. Your actual comparison requires complete policy wording, compatible coverage bases, and source checks. A higher limit does not by itself establish broader coverage.

LESS GUESSWORK. A CLEARER NEXT STEP.

Make the details
work for you.

01

Understand what’s in front of you.

Bring policies, declarations, renewals and endorsements together. Read limits, deductibles and conditions with the original wording close by.

02

Prepare before the renewal date.

See the recorded term end from confirmed policy dates. Compare a new offer with the current version and identify what still needs an answer.

03

Have a more useful conversation.

Take focused questions to your agent or broker. Prepare an editable email draft that explains what you want to review, in your own words.

CLEAR QUESTIONS. BETTER CONTEXT.

Move beyond “Why did my price go up?” Bring the specific changes, the policy wording and your priorities into the conversation.

Which documents can I upload?+

Use public forms or redacted, non-sensitive policy documents. Health insurance, medical or claim records, Social Security/tax IDs, payment-card data, passwords and other sensitive information are not accepted. This service does not provide data-residency guarantees.

How are documents processed?+

Native text reading runs within this app. When configured and approved for a version, OpenAI receives extracted text and questions for policy analysis; Reducto receives the PDF for scanned-page reading. Availability is shown in the workspace.

OpenAI API data controls → Reducto processing policies →

What should I know about retention and removal?+

Provider retention depends on the account and processing settings. Removing a document here immediately hides its app sources and allows seven days for recovery; automatic cleanup is pending separate activation. Active policies stay until you delete them. App removal does not erase provider records or logs. We do not claim zero retention.

How should I use the results?+

Use PolicyLingo to prepare, compare and ask better questions. Check the original conditions and endorsements, and confirm important coverage decisions with your licensed insurance agent or broker. The app does not bind coverage, decide claims or replace their advice.
